An UNESCO World Heritage site, The Dolomite Mountains are a region in the northern Italian alps filled with Snow-capped mountains and fairy-tale like villages, precariously perched above lush valleys. At sunrise and sunset, the pale white dolomitic rock, unique only to this mountain range, light on fire, turning shades of pink and purple that simply has to be seen to be believed. Combined with the rich heritage of both Italy and Austria, more than 800 castles, more than anywhere else in Europe, the world famous northern Italian food and then the wine, this isn’t just a photographers paradise, it’s paradise.

The Dolomites offer a landscape photography experience like no other place in the world. This 8-day workshop will have you photographing landscapes like you never have before. We won’t just be photographing the mountains, We’ll be staying sleeping on their peaks, in cozy and immaculate mountain huts called rifugions, waking up to capture the sunrise above the clouds. Coming back for a world class breakfast before taking cable cars to the next breathtaking viewpoint. We won’t just be shooting landscapes though, we will be photographing the architecture and the people of this unique world heritage site, visiting ancient castles and “capturing” the world famous food and wine (and gelato) from this region.
